              Pehly yeh ki es k hoqam w Kanoon ki Peghambar n jo wajaahat or tashrih (weyakheeya) ki ho,weh pore toor pr es tarha mehfhoz hoti h, ki logo k ley daleel or misal ka kaam de sakti h.
               Dosri yeh ki aamli kaamo k ley Peghambar ka aamli namona es tarha sahi-sahi mehfhoz w mojood ho ki Peghambar se dekh kr or seekh kr os k shageerd os pr chale, un se dekh kr or seekh kr un k shageerd os pr chale, esi tarha yeh silsila chalta rehe or beech m khatam na ho.
                 Yeh dono baate Quraan k seewa etne lambe waqt se kisi mazhab or kitab k haq m mojood nhi h. Na kitabo k laane wale Peghambaro ki tashrihaat mojood h, na un k aamali namone mehfhoz h. Lekin Quraan e Kareem k bare m, es k lane wale Peghambar S/w ki sari tashrihaat (wayakheeye) pore toor pr mojood h,jen ko hadees keha jata h. Esi tarha Peghambar Alae. ka aamali (precticaly) namona bhi mojood h, ki darmeeyan m kabhi eska silsila toote nhi, balki har zamane m karodo log es k motabiq amal karne wale mojood rahe.
